Ice cold beer a plus. Very attractive staff but we sat at the bar and service was slower, at least for beer refills. Food was surprisingly good. We will go back........service was very poor this visit
My girlfriend and I stopped by to watch Ufc 185 last night and we had a good time. Good appetizer plater and good cold beer.. The service was great!!! Our waitress and seemed like every other waitress that walked by our table would check on us. Even the manager, she stopped at our table twice. We are Defitnally coming back more often.

The food here is actually pretty good. We've had the burgers, chicken sandwiches, and philly cheesesteaks. The Texas-style philly might be my favorite. Seasoned fries are good. For beer we usually get the dirty blonde or the knotty brunette. Both taste good and are ice cold.

Went here once and the food was mediocre, the menu small, but the scenery was nice of course. I won't be back however. A good friend told me a girl who works in the front of the house is in high school with his son. That is NOT OK.

I took a couple clients in. First mistake. We just wanted a couple of beers and I visit the Concord NC location often - great service. The Des Moines location was completely opposite. The bartenders were great but the severs are just a bunch of drop outs. No respect. I actually saw the girls blowing spitballs at customers while they weren't looking. They also threw coasters and tooth picks. We were also included in the negative end of this. So "oh it's was regulars" excuse won't work here. We had our beers and left. It's sad as we would have most likely stayed and spent well into the high hundreds.

I went here once and only once, not my type of place. Like Hooters and Kers Winghouse this a "breastaurant" so its a pretty flirty, overly friendly, they sit down to talk to you etc If you want to go eat some "manly food", have a not genuine convo, look at attractive girls that work you into giving big tips and prolly won't date you then this is your spot. The food was okay, had a burger and fries nothing too special though. The menu is that of a sports bar type of place. Like I said before, this isn't my type of place the food isn't bad but its not great either. This is a target market place, they get in where they fit in.

The food it was good not great. Got the moms pot roast the roast was tender lacked seasoning. The carrots and potatoes were almost raw barely cooked. It is my rule that a restaurant will not receive anything higher the a one star when they only hire females. I know it is this restaurants thing, but I am not ok with it. Imagine if corporate America didn't hire women. It is the same premise. I know that they will still be busy and won't miss my dollars. At the end of the day I have to stick by my convictions.

The drinks and food were great and the service was awesome... basic bar food with a smile. Love the place. The issue was watching someone refill the bar condiments. Puts gloves on BEFORE digging in the cooler for containers of olives, limes, etc. Does not change gloves. Ever. Piles the new limes, lemons, etc on the old ones, does not change out the bar tray containers. She was doing this out in front of customers. Bacteria, spoilage and cross contamination fail.

Complete **** show. 2 women working the tables. 30 minutes for a beer, waited 52 minutes for the first waitress to take our order. We closed our beer tab and bailed. Probably not their fault, and over worked. But damn! We saw a group of fellas wait 20 minutes for a table, and 50% of the tables were empty. Steer clear of these Peaks!

I all for the fun bar atmosphere kind of places. I'm always okay with the extra cleavage. I remember when this place first opened you couldn't even get in the door. I am also pretty sure the menu was more elaborate in the beginning. Friends choice to come here tonight not ours. We should have steered him away but oh well. Sat immediately. Even got the waitress to turn on a specific baseball game that was playing. Ordered drinks and were talking over the loud volume of the place. Half the tables had been moved for a bags game set up. We were right next to it so i got us moved to the porch area. Was so nice out i wanted to enjoy it. Little did i know you apparently can still smoke here. Out on the porch area with no where to put your butts, they would come out, smoke and toss them into the street. Ew The menu seemed slim. Which can be okay. Just thought at one point they had more options. Looked like a menu now. We ordered the fried pickles which my girlfriend thought were good and better than others we've had. We all ordered burgers. I got the single Hangover burger and fries. Came with bacon and fried egg on it. The meat patty was thin and i see why they offered patty options. My finance had the smoke house. He said it lacked flavor and also thought the patties were like McDonald's thin. Both of us thought the burgers were extra greasy and runny. Watched a waitress try and seat a couple right were all the smokers were congregating then almost ignore them when they moved. Waitress seemed to disappear on is too. Flirting with the drunk guys. My finance is right, if you want good food go somewhere else.

Cruddy bar service, way less than average talent for this type of establishment.. The only thing worse than the attitude of the bartender is the quality of service

On a Monday night around 9PM when about 10 inches of snow was already on the ground and another 8 inches or so scheduled for the night, this was my only option for dinner. All other places nearby, including pizza delivery, were closed! Here's what I ordered: Cup of venison chili ($5.75): Not too bad and has a kick. Seemed to have more ground beef than venison though. I MAYBE had three pieces of venison, if that! I felt a bit cheated! I had just had a friend's venison chili (gotta love having friends who hunt!) not too long ago, and his was definitely better. Cup of mac and cheese ($2.95): When ordering to go, the cheese sauce falls to the bottom of the cup, which makes this side unbalanced. The cheese sauce wasn't too bad though, that is, when I got a chance to actually eat it. The top of the cup only had pasta and bacon bits with no cheese. Chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes & gravy ($13.95): This was a bloody mess to go. Two pieces of chicken fried steak were crammed on top of the green beans, which had corn as well. The mashed potatoes were truly smushed on the side, and it's hard to tell where the gravy ends and mashed potatoes begin. Why didn't the two sides come in separate containers? I couldn't even eat the green beans. In addition, the plasticware was so flimsy that I couldn't cut the chicken. After three or four bites, I gave up. Good thing I wasn't very hungry! The gals were really nice and patient as I looked through the menu. Service at the bar was attentive, although it's hard to ignore someone at the bar when there's less than ten of us total (slow night due to weather). If you're desperate for food, come here, but otherwise, don't bother!

Went here after an evening of celebrating my birthday at another bar and decided food was in order. The place is huge and had a good amount of TVs in both the bar and restaurant area which is good considering I always hear commercials for them advertising watch parties for sporting events. Let's get the main topic out of the way. Yes, there are a bunch of pretty girls running around in skimpy outfits. So if this offends you another restaurant might be your thing. I will echo another review though, even though they are pretty, doesn't make them any more attentive. Most of the time they are too busy schmoozing for tips instead of just doing their job. So be prepared to take your time if coming here. The food, not too shabby. Maybe a cut above Hooters and I only say that because Hooters food in recent years has gone downhill. The wings were tasty although I prefer breaded buffalo wings and these were unbreaded but the sauce was fantastic. I can't remember what the others at my table had but I don't recall anybody complaining about the food. They have a lot of beer's on tap including two beers (the Dirty Blonde and the Knotty Brunette) that are specially brewed for Twin Peaks although I am not completely sure which brewery brews them. Overall it's a decent place. I'm sure I will hit it up again but it's not a place that will be on the top of my list.

I came in from out of state. Beer was ok, didn't order food. Bartender was very sexy but I noticed the female staff seemed to be very fake and not very good. It was a shame that they were so bad with how great they looked. More people skills, less fake smiles.

Went there for lunch with my brother and Dad on Friday. The place was packed, but we managed to get in after about a ten minute wait. This should really be closer to a 3.5 star review, but I had a couple of minor issues. The girls are very, ah, eye-catching. Hard to maintain eye contact sometimes, if you catch my meaning. But they are very friendly and helpful. One minor gripe is that our server was almost too friendly. She kept interrupting our conversation to ask us things like where did we work and what did we do. I appreciate friendliness, but I know she doesn't really care where I work and it was frustrating to have our conversation interrupted every so often for that. Maybe tone down the "chit-chat" a bit. Food selection is pretty decent. A lot of "manly" choices like steaks, burgers, etc. We ordered a queso & chips appetizer that was pretty good, though it was not heated up enough. The cheese was still fairly cool and not quite melted in spots. The taste was good, though. I got their steak sliders and encountered my other minor gripe and one of my biggest restaurant pet peeves. The point of a MENU is to tell me what is in/on a dish. So when my steak sliders came with carmelized onions all over them, I was very annoyed, as I hate onions and they were not mentioned at all on the menu. Once I scraped off the onions, the sliders were pretty tasty, though they definitely were more pot roast than steak. My brother got a chicken sandwich with poblanos and other southwestern-y ingredients that he said was very good. My Dad liked his burger, even though it wasn't the one he ordered. Overall, I think we'd all go back, though I think a few kinks still need to be worked out. And please, put all your ingredients on the menu. That's what it's for!

I am not one to complain, but i felt compelled given this visit. We were greeted and promptly seated between 5:10 and 5:15 on Monday,Dec 30. After being seated no one ever came to our table to serve us. We didn't even receive a water. The place wasn't very busy but there were others seated a few tables away. At the host stand stood three girls chatting, by 5:35 that had increased to about 6 girls and one guy socializing at the host stand. I understand there must have been some sort of break down in communication as to whose sections were being seated. With all the help around I would have expected someone to check in to make sure we had been helped. We could have pestered the host for help but being my first time there I wanted to give the place a chance to let their customer service shine. Unfortunately that never happened. Above all the appearance of having employees standing around talking does not look good to patrons. In the end it is the responsibility of the host to make sure servers know when their section is being seated, and it is up to management to make sure their employees have tasks to accomplish so they aren't seen just standing around and chatting. Aside from that the place appeared to be very clean. I did enjoy the decor and the design of the building. I hope my experience was a fluke!

Friday night is a busy night for restaurants so I expected a wait pretty much anywhere in town so I was pleasantly surprised to only wait 10-15 minutes to be seated at one of the new hot spots, Twin Peaks. That delay was expected and tolerable, however, the waiting continued throughout our experience. The music is good and the friendliness of the service was pleasant. However, we waited a good 15 minutes to get our beers after we ordered them and in our opinion, the signature blonde and brunette beers are just not good at all. I am a fairly non-discriminatory drinker but I didn't care for either one. There were four of us- 3 adults and one child. One entrée arrived after about 25 minutes and then, after 15 more minutes, two of us received our appetizers and two more entrées. Another 10 minutes pass and finally, the child's food was delivered to the table. One of my friends had already reminded our server that her appetizer hadn't yet arrived but still waited 10 more minutes to get it. This means nearly an hour passed after the first entrée was served to get one of the appetizers and that is just not acceptable. The quality of the food was fine - the portion size of fries for the adult appetizer was half that of what the child received. It is a nice touch to leave off the fry seasoning for the kids. The wings had a nice flavor but could have had better texture. The cheesesticks were huge and very tasty. Our server, Jillian, was friendly and the manager who visited our table seemed sincerely concerned with the timing of the food delivery. I know our server was just delivering whatever came up as it was done and I am glad she did this because otherwise I am sure food would have cooled down considerably. The kitchen and the bar staff really need to work on their timing and realize they are part of a team. I can imagine that many customers take out their frustrations on the wait staff when it isn't technically their fault. Overall, I did enjoy this restaurant but I do wish the menu was a bit more extensive. However, I don't know if the current kitchen staff would be able to handle anything more complicated.
